Student Consultant Position | MU Division of Information Technology

Consultant is a an entry level position

Overview: Consultants oversee the basic operations of the Division of IT's Computing Sites.

Duties: Include, but not limited to, providing excellent customer service in computing site assigned, assisting customers with a wide variety of questions ranging from software to site hours, maintaining paper level in printers, changing toner and clearing paper jams, escalating problems and helping with special projects as they may arise .

The ideal candidate would be friendly, reliable, demonstrate good troubleshooting skills,willing to learn and be familiar with a computer.

Previous experience in customer service or computer support is desired. Consultants are required to work a minimum of 12 hours a week.
