Branch Sales Manager
The Job:
- Manage branch office and oversee all facets of the post-frame building process from the point of sale to building completion
- Recruit, hire, develop, and lead construction crews
- Sell diversified product line of buildings utilizing “DreamMaker” – Cleary’s proprietary 3D design, costing, and presentation software
- Monitor the building construction process through to completion
- Take charge of sales responsibilities in an established territory
- Enjoy a variety of job functions operating in a fast-paced and energetic environment; no two days are alike
- Cleary Building Corp. uses environmentally-friendly green designs and products
- Experience a sense of accomplishment in our team environment and see progress take shape quickly
- Responsible for the customer’s total experience from start to finish, helping fulfil their dreams
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of building construction is essential
- Knowledge of post-frame construction is a plus
- Management or supervisory experience desired
- Ability to work independently with little supervision or oversight
- Must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to think on your feet and take initiative
- Sales experience helpful
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Great customer service skills
Compensation/Benefits:
- Competitive base salary plus lucrative bonus and incentive plans
- $75,000 to $200,000+ income achievable for above-average performers
