The Mobile Crisis Team works closely with other Community Health Centers, the area Police Department, and other community-based delivery systems. This will all occur within a two-person team. As a part of this team you will rapidly evaluate complex behavioral health situations; develop, recommend and support clinically appropriate crisis interventions to be implemented with individual clients, their families, and a wide variety of community helpers, including law enforcement and EMS personnel.

For the case managers who already have a full-time job, but believe in our mission, there are also first, second and third shifts available.
