Internship Responsibilities

Project Manager Assistance

As an intern, you will assist the Project Manager with the following tasks:

· Creating and tracking purchase orders for vendors and subcontractors.

· Monitoring and managing job budgets to ensure projects stay within financial parameters.

· Helping to create and oversee equipment and material submittals.

· Attending job-site meetings alongside the Project Manager to stay informed about project progress.

· Supporting the completion of punch list items and handling change orders as required.

Estimator Assistance

You will also assist the Estimator with the following duties:

· Coordinating and managing bid invitations for subcontractors and vendors.

· Helping with quantity take-offs to accurately estimate project needs.

· Updating bid sheets with current pricing information.

· Drafting proposals for bids to secure new projects.
