Analytics Assistant

The Analytics Assistant is responsible for the day-to-day dashboard maintenance (internal and external) of display, video, mobile and social campaigns. The Analytics Assistant is expected to bring a data-driven approach to campaign reporting and provide insight analysis to the internal campaign team.

 

Software and Platforms Utilized:

•         Excel

•         Tableau

•         SQL / Python

•          R

•         Demand-Side Platforms – The Trade Desk, StackAdapt, DoubleClick Bid Manager, Dstillery

•         Social Platforms – Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, 4C

 

Duties:

•         Design client and reporting dashboards for internal and external use

•         Conducts deep-dive in campaign data to provide optimization recommendations and analysis for assigned portfolio on a weekly basis

•         Works closely with internal team on various campaigns to provide analysis and data storytelling for clients

•         Maintain Tableau data visualization dashboards on daily basis

•         Actively participates in training across multiple platforms

 

Required Skills, Experience and Education:

•         Must be a self-starter that takes personal responsibility for education in relevant digital marketing

•         Must be able to multi-task, be detail oriented, organized and analytical

•         Superior skills with Excel and/or other software to leverage statistical analysis

•         Ability to problem solve and think creatively to overcome obstacles

•         Able to work within a team environment while handling multiple projects with deadlines

•         Must have or be working towards a Bachelor's degree; concentration in marketing, statistics, business or advertising preferred, or equivalent professional experience
