Gymnastics Instructor
Authority Gymnastics is seeking Part-Time Instructors to teach Pre-K through Grade School Gymnastics classes. Turn your positive energy into a rewarding job that's fun.
Ideal candidates are individuals who will commit to consistent shifts, as having the same coach for classes is important to us. Past experience in gymnastics is a plus but we are willing to train the right applicant.
Authority Gymnastics instructors must have a passion for children, physical fitness, and creating/ maintaining friendships with our gymnast and their families.
Other requirements:
- Patience and ability to teach skills
- Feel comfortable in spotting gymnasts (we will train you)
- Know or be willing to learn layman’s terms about gymnastics training and the technical aspects of the training
- Have leadership skills, as you will have to lead classes
- Can communicate effectively and respectfully with parent(s) on their child’s progress
- Can communicate effectively and be willing to help other instructors when needed
