What you'll do

• Provide individual and family counseling services.
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, schools, physicians, and community partners.
• Support clients as they work toward their treatment goals.
• Deliver services in outpatient offices, schools, homes, and community settings, depending on the program.
• Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and organizational standards.

What we're looking for

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related behavioral health field. Related fields will require a transcript review.
• Registered intern status or eligibility for licensure is preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for serving children, adults, and families.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating as part of a team.
