Sales Account Representative (entry level sales)

We are currently seeking a candidate to join our team for the role of Sales Account Representative. In this position you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm insurance and financial service products. This position will allow the opportunity to experience working in a successful agent’s office and to explore the opportunity to become a State Farm business owner yourself. If you have aspirations to run your own business, you may want to consider this opportunity!

Responsibilities:
  • Use a customer-focused, needs based review process to educate customers about our insurance and financial service products
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed
  • Meet mutually agreed upon production and marketing goals
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
Requirements:
  • No sales experience required, but preferred
  • Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
  • Life & Health license (must be able to obtain)
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Goal oriented: highly motivated, competitive with high desire to achieve results
  • Proactive in problem solving
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Detail oriented
As a Sales Account Representative you will receive:
  • Salary plus commission (no caps on commissions)
