THE POSITION: 

Real Equity Management is currently seeking a part-time Maintenance Porter to assist our Maintenance Team in the upkeep of property conditions.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Basic maintenance and upkeep of property cleanliness including trash removal, minor repairs, changing light bulbs, unclogging toilets and assisting with unit turnover.
  • Walk all breezeways, sidewalks, parking areas and outer property line to remove any trash or debris.
  • Assist in the upkeep of landscape by removing weeds
  • Use gas-powered leaf blower at to remove leaves and debris
  • Use water hose and/or chemicals to remove stains from concrete and/or building

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Professional demeanor and ability to provide a high level of customer service
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Clean background
