Customer Service Representative
Job Summary:
Work directly with flight crews, passengers, and admin to deliver a proactive, personalized service experience to clients and customers. Excellent customer service and concierge skills with an eye for detail is a must. Aviation experience helpful but not required. Must be comfortable with extensive customer contact via phone, radio, and in-person. Microsoft Office suite computer skills necessary. Clean driving record required along with criminal background check. We are a zero-tolerance workplace so drug screening required for hire and random checks will occur. Regular office hours with some weekends.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reports directly to the CSR Manager
- Assist Travel Coordinator in arranging services including hotel, catering, and ground transportation.
- Coordinating aircraft services, such as fuel and hangar storage.
- Effectively communicating via air-to-ground radio and ground-to-ground radio, in addition to other forms of communication.
- Educating customers on available services, promotions and programs.
- Processing customer invoices.
- Answering customer questions and resolving issues as necessary.
