About the position:
CountryPlace Mortgage is a nationwide personal property and Mortgage lender that is seeking to fill a full-time Loan Processing position at the corporate office in Addison, TX. This position offers a solid entry point into the Personal Property and Mortgage Lending market. 
Base salary of $40,000 with bonus after training & target of $55,000 by the 18th month.
 
Qualifications:
-Assertive and self-motivated
-Energetic with excellent interpersonal skills
-Excellent oral, written, and listening skills
-Exceptional communication and presentation skills
-Bilingual a plus
 
Primary Responsibilities:
-Takes, reviews, and processes loan applications
-Contacts clients and borrowers to obtain any necessary conditions to facilitate funding
-Answers customer calls to discuss loan products and programs
-Evaluates financial data to determine program eligibility
-Structures loans to comply with lending practices and federal regulations
-Develops and maintains positive working relationship with existing clients by serving as a primary point of contact for questions, concerns, etc.
 
 
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree
-Accurate typing, spelling and grammar skills
-Working knowledge on applicable computer software systems to include Microsoft Office and internal software
