Admin / Entry Support

Shaffer & Associates’ Administrative Department is seeking motivated individuals who wish to work throughout the school year and over breaks. Applicants must be capable of managing multiple tasks, able to work independently, possess great attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly.

Functions of the job include: preparing documentation for entry, upkeep of data tracking spreadsheets, online research, organizing incoming and outgoing files, data entry, payment processing, and other tasks as assigned. No experience necessary.

The ideal applicant will be organized and focused with a strong desire to learn new things, academically and in other endeavors.
