Dean's Office Student Assistant, College of Engineering
The College of Engineering is accepting applications for Student Assistant positions. Student Assistants will be expected to work 15-20 hours a week in the Dean’s Office.
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
· Assist with website content updates and posting announcements to social and digital media
· Build surveys using Qualtrics
· Assist with events and special projects – preparing meeting materials, reserving meeting space, etc.
· Provide general administrative support – answer phones, greet customers, filing, photocopying, scanning, printing, shipping, and sort and distribute mail.
· Assist with other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
· The Student Assistant must be an undergraduate or graduate student at MU.

· Intermediate or advanced proficiency with all Microsoft Office Programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher
· Intermediate or advanced proficiency with Outlook, WordPress, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
This is a part-time student assistant position, which requires 15-20 hours a week in the College of Engineering Dean’s Office, Monday through Friday.
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
