Family Data Collector


Chosen candidate will collect data through participant interviews and participant self-report questionnaires as required for the national and local evaluations for the systems of care grant.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
* Attend meetings and trainings as required
* Set appointments with families to provide informed consent and collect data for the System of Care Evaluation
* Meet with families to collect System of Care evaluation data in home and/or office settings
* Use tracking protocols to maintain contact with families throughout the System of Care evaluation and increase response rate of the study
* Enter data into an online database during a family meeting using a laptop, and also entering data into an online database from paper and pencil measurement tools in a timely manner
* Use tracking protocols to maintain contact with families throughout the System of Care evaluation and increase response rate of the study
* Provide incentives to caregivers and/or youth for their participation in the evaluation
* Participate in other activities as defined by the treatment team and family
* Transmits appropriate documentation to supervisor including evaluation documents and or electronic data in a timely manner
* Coordinate and communicate with staff from other Community Behavioral Health Centers participating in the System of Care evaluation
* Communicate to families as to the value and importance of their participation

QUALIFICATIONS:
* A family member with a child who has been or currently has a behavioral or emotional disorder.
* Missouri resident for at least two (2) years.
* High school diploma or GED.

Must have a good driving record, agency-established auto insurance, and reliable transportation for this community-based position. Must have computer skills.
