Inventory and Order Fulfillment Specialist- Second Shift

Inventory and Order Fulfillment Specialist-2nd shift
Minimum Salary: $16.00 per hour
 
Benefits include immediate PTO and $250 sign on bonus (See additional benefits EPC offers). 
 
EPC (Executive Personal Computers) is a global leader in the IT asset disposition service. We offer managed logistics, data security, responsible electronic recycling, and remarketing. EPC has an opportunity at the Wright City, Missouri facility for an Inventory and Order Fulfillment Specialist.
 
Role Description:

  • Stock warehouse shelves
  • Perform routine inventory tasks, including updating product locations and taking periodic inventories
  • Monitor and fulfill order requests from sales using company software
  • Box and palletize items for shipment
  • Move and load palletized shipments using a pallet jack
  • Maintain quality of work while meeting minimum quota numbers
  • There may be opportunities to become forklift certified in this position
  • Responsible for installing operating systems per sales order requirements

Requirements:
 
Experience

  • Experience using basic computer software
Personal Skills

  • Basic computer skills and able to perform user-friendly tasks such as print, type, and data entry
  • Basic math skills to count computer equipment with speed and accuracy
  • Must be able to multi-task, have good decision-making skills, and work with minimal supervision
  • Must be able to meet or exceed production goals, follow procedures, and adhere to quality requirements
  • Must be able to work well with others and perform in a teamwork environment
Physical

  • Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation
  • Must be able to work 8 hours shifts while performing the duties of this job
  • Must be able to regularly bend, twist, and reach
  • Use a pallet jack to move equipment from dock to work station
  • Must be able to handle computer equipment by reading and identifying serial printed letters, numbers, symbols, and model information with a small font size

Working Environment 

  • Warehouse temperatures can vary widely based upon local weather conditions, and may occasionally exceed 90 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Ability to work in an environment with moderate noise levels
  • Should be open to extra hours, such as weekly overtime, in a fast-paced environment
  • Help maintain a clean and organized workspace
 
A high school diploma or equivalent, experience in an inventory/shipping role, and knowledge of IT equipment and computer hardware are preferred but not required.
