Consumer Loan Credit Analyst - Trainee
About the position:
Responsible for performing a detailed review of loan documentation. The detailed review will include reviewing the credit application, credit reports, income documentation, asset documentation and any other loan documentation required to render a credit decision.

CountryPlace Mortgage is a Nationwide Leader in the mortgage industry. We are seeking an outstanding Marketing Representative to maintain, build and develop relationships in your assigned territory. This position offers a base salary of $45,000 and monthly bonuses based on your performance with a target of $55,000 + by your 18th month.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree
-Accurate typing, spelling and grammar skills
-Working knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications:
- College Degree, preferably in Business or related field
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn how to analyze and interpret credit reports & financial data to weigh risk for reward
- Effective decision-making, customer service, and problem solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in both a team environment and independently
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office and financial calculator
