THE COMPANY: Real Equity Management is a property management company with headquarters located in Columbia MO. REM manages the popular student housing complex Brookside along with other residential complexes like Aria Luxury Apartments Orr Street Lofts and several retail and commercial properties. REM's properties are located in Missouri Kentucky and Oklahoma with continual expansion.

FOCUS GROUP COORDINATOR POSITION: Real Equity Management is looking to hire a part-time Focus Group Coordinator to help recruit participants to partake in focus groups related to our off-site student apartments.

FOCUS GROUP COORDINATOR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develops relationships with current students
  • Recruits participants to partake in focus groups
  • Helps run weekly focus groups

FOCUS GROUP COORDINATOR QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Well connected with University of Missouri students
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work a minimum of 15 hours/week
