Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at the University of Missouri (Osher@Mizzou) is seeking a student interested in working in an environment where customer service, classroom management and educational programming for senior citizens is the focus. 

Osher@Mizzou is a community of lifelong learners who take classes, engage in clubs and attend events – all for the sheer joy of learning. Osher offers more than 75 non-credit classes over four semesters each academic year (Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer) for mid-Missourians who are age 50+. Job Description: The Student Assistant helps Osher’s staff and volunteers to conduct a successful academic semester. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: greeting customers, completing incoming semester registrations over the phone and in-person, filing, assisting in preparing mailing lists, name tags and semester materials, helping to set up classrooms (moving tables and chairs), tabulating evaluations/surveys, and other duties, as assigned.

Schedule/Hours: Need morning availability for 10-12 hours per week. If available, position can begin immediately. Please attach your class schedule to your application. 

Qualifications: Seeking a responsible student with customer-service, office and computer experience, and attention to detail.

NOTE: Transportation is required. It's a 3-5 minute drive south of campus. There is ample free parking available.
