Afternoon School Aide (Part-Time)
Christian preschool is searching for an enthusiastic, flexible, dependable person who enjoys working with toddlers and preschool age children for January-May 2019. Work hours are 1:00pm-4:30pm. Days available are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday afternoons. We are looking to fill at least two of these afternoons. Little One's Day Out follows the Columbia Public School calendar for days closed (teacher workdays, breaks, and holidays).
Responsibilities: Assist in afternoon care of up to 10 children ages 2-5 during free-play, nap, and snack times.
Minimum Requirements
-High school diploma.
-Previous experience with children or child development preferred.
-Must pass physical, TB test, and background check within 30 days of employment.
-Must obtain First Aid/CPR and Food Handlers certification paid for by school.
