Kitchen Management Apprentice

Learns the systems and procedures of the kitchen as well as using food preparation skills. This person will learn our menu front to back and how each item is prepared. Working with management, the student will learn how to manage payroll and inventory pertaining to our kitchen operations. As this is a very hands on job, all candidates must be eager to put an on apron and get their hands dirty!
