Intern: Business & Process Management, Integrated Supply Chain Center of Expertise (CoE)

Internship in the Business Process Management tower of Energizer’s Integrated Supply Chain from May 2020 – August 2020 (approximately 12 weeks). This internship interacts with various functions at Energizer, including Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, IT and Finance. 

·        Tracking monthly ISC metrics, such as savings, cost avoidance, and working capital

·        On-board new suppliers to Energizer’s Supply Chain Financing programs

·        Assisting with data management in the Ariba strategic sourcing suite and on-boarding new suppliers

·        Implementing business process improvements to drive efficiency in the Integrated Supply Chain

·        Reviewing suppliers for financial risk as part of Energizer’s Supplier Financial Risk Management (SFRM) program

·        Develop training documents for ISC systems and processes

·        Candidates beginning their final year of Bachelors degree or pursuing a Masters degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance or related field

·        Proficient with Microsoft Excel, including lookups and pivot tables

·        Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and collaborate with individuals across departments and localities

·        Superior analytical skills, including the ability to collect, analyze and report on large data sets

·        Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both internal and external to the organization

·        Experience with SAP beneficial, but not required

·        Reports to the Sr. Manager, Business Process Management

·        Office
