A float facilitator is expected to work independently, balancing customer service with cleaning duties and other daily operations in the float spa.
Customer service includes greeting clients as they arrive, answering the shop phone, giving orientations to first-timers, and welcoming clients back into the space post-float. All of the customer interaction is one-on-one or in small groups, and employees can expect to meet and host a wide variety of clientele.
Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are critical to performing cleaning duties. Float facilitators are expected to maintain the cleanliness of the spa with regular upkeep of the bathrooms, lobby, and quick room-cleaning during transitions.
Qualifications:
Experience working alone preferred. Experience with customer service and cleaning responsibilities. An open mind, positive attitude, and a desire to develop a personal float practice.
