Call Center Agent

Eyecare Partners is hiring Patient Advocates for our Patient Engagement Center based in Ballwin, MO. Our call agents serve both our patients and our office staff by providing outstanding customer service. Our next class starts on July 22, 2019! 
 
Responsibilities
  • Schedule patient appointments
  • Check on orders for contacts & eyeglasses
  • Verify insurance
  • Handle urgent situations as they arise
  • Make outbound calls for appointment reminders (as necessary)
  • Outbound calling previous patients to set up their annual eye exam
Requirements: Education, Experience & Skills 
 
  • High Diploma or GED
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work any shift within our call center hours
