Loan Processor - 1 / Management Trainee

· We are looking for an upwardly mobile, team oriented individual to join our fast growing company in the Dallas, Texas metro area. You will help identify which loans should be originated, engage in an extensive training program, and develop insights that help transform our business. Our Loan Processors are setup on a springboard into the lending space. Our goal is to have you promoted in less 6 months.

· Review and analyze loan applications, credit reports, income and asset documentation, and purchase agreements to ensure in compliance with investor guidelines

· Effectively communicate the loan approval or denial reasons after review of documentation

· Review conditions submitted on approved loans and clear conditions when appropriate

· Display excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

· Able to adjust work and thought process to meet multiple investor guidelines and requirements

· Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

· Strong organizational and time management skills

· Able to work effectively both independently and in a team environment

· Bachelor’s degree required

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

· Desire to learn and grow
