Customer Service Specialist 1 - Bilingual

CountryPlace Mortgage, Ltd., is currently looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist to work in our Addison, TX office.  We are a strong, reliable company contributing to the mortgage industry and communities throughout 36 states. This position will report directly to the CAM Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
·         Handle phone calls from customers related to mortgage loan accounts
·         Take customer ACH payments over the phone
·         Enter ACH payment transactions in the loan servicing system
·         Reconcile daily ACH payments
·         Understand escrow accounts and escrow disbursements for taxes and insurance
·         Understand the various systems within the department
·         Accounting department filing
·         Perform ad-hoc duties as needed

Personal Characteristics:
·         Ability to relate well with the public
·         Strong interpersonal and communication skills
·         Able to learn different systems
·         Ability to integrate rapidly with an existing team
·         Desire to advance within the department

Required Education:
·         Bachelors Degree required

Preferred Skills:
·         Prior customer service experience
·         Familiar with MS Excel and Word
