TKG Management, Inc. is a Columbia, Missouri, based leading national, privately held real estate developer, investor and property manager. We develop and manage large retail power centers across the country. As a result of our tremendous growth, we are seeking support in Leasing.
Purpose of Position:
Provide support to the Leasing Department and Director of Leasing for new leases, renewals, broker management, reporting and commission processing to ensure all responsibilities of the Leasing Department are handled in an efficient and effective manner.
Assist Director of Leasing by acting as an intermediary between local brokers and the Director of Leasing/Real Estate Committee. Duties include: assessing and reviewing local broker performance, providing local brokers with necessary information, researching and recommending new/replacement local brokers and directing inquires to local brokers.
New Lease/Renewal Analysis
Reviewing, responding to and presenting (to the Director of Leasing) prospective tenant offers (obtained through brokers) for new lease and lease renewals. Analysis work includes review of economic terms, business terms and involving legal department for review of legal terms as necessary.
Manage database that details all reporting for leasing portfolio. Provide updates on vacant spaces and leases up for expiration or renewal.
Process lease documents and commission invoices for approval and signature, route executed documents to appropriate parties.
Assist the Director of Leasing in addressing all miscellaneous leasing-related issues that arise during the day to day operation of the company.
- Bachelor’s degree required (business, finance, economics, management or marketing emphasis preferred)
- Interest in commercial real estate
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Intermediate Excel skills
