Brand & Communications Strategy Manager

Works with the Director of Marketing & Communications to develop and deploy integrated statewide brand and communications strategies to align with Great Circle’s strategic objectives. This position manages a team to deploy the agency’s brand identity, brand journalism platform, and external, internal and key digital communication efforts, including producing a variety of materials to support the strategies. This position reports to the Director of Marketing and Communications.

Major Duties (*Essential Element)
·        Deploys brand/communications/service line strategies to best communicate internally and externally Great Circle’s mission, expertise, quality of care, and services and programs *
·        Manages development and implementation of a consistent and unique brand identity, from design to distribution, that positively reflects Great Circle’s value to external and internal audiences, including working with outside firms as necessary in support of these objectives *
·        Leads and assists with, as necessary, the development of creative products to support both external and internal marketing and communications efforts across the state, including writing/editing copy for agency initiatives, collateral materials, websites, advertising, and various digital media *
·        Oversees all social media efforts, including strategic planning, development of content, deployment and monitoring *
·        Maintains a brand library, implements and maintains brand standards, and ensures branding strategies and materials are fully integrated across all regions *
·        Supports Great Circle’s external website and intranet through content management and generation, copywriting, creative coordination and brand oversight
·        Works with graphic designer to manage relationships with marketing, print and advertising vendors to ensure brand standards are maintained
·        Other duties as assigned for the betterment of Great Circle

Required Education and Experience
·        Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, design, or related field
·        4-5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, design and communication.
  • Experience managing multiple, complex projects simultaneously using highly effective organizational skills
·        Demonstrated experience successfully planning, implementing and measuring marketing and communications strategies and tactics
·        Strong editing experience and writing ability across all channels in support of marketing and communications objectives.

·        Experience working in a child- and family-focused environment
