Financial Analyst Intern Summer 2020

·   Responsible for performing financial analyses, research, and creating presentations and other related materials for various projects for senior management

·   Assist in analyzing key hotel metrics and deriving insights from analysis

·   Develop a solid working knowledge of the hotel and real estate industries

·   Assist in maintaining data / database management initiatives

·   Driving development and implementation of BI Reports via Microsoft's PowerBI platform

·   Perform other projects as assigned

·   High exposure to senior management

·      A career interest in the Real Estate or Hospitality Industry

·      Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in a quantitative field: Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or Engineering

·      Financial modeling skills in Excel

·      Ability to build high-quality, attractive PowerPoint presentations

·      Willingness to be flexible and work on a variety of project types

·      Comfortable working under time constraints for senior management

·      Solid analytical skills and detail-oriented with the ability to collect, compile and interpret data

·      Ability to work as a team member

·      Investigative and analytical curiosity and a desire to succeed
