Finance Associate

You are:
- A bachelor’s degree holder in the area of accounting or finance
- Passionate about detail with an eye for continual process improvement
- Highly organized, with strong interpersonal, phone, writing, and computer skills
- Able to take initiative to complete projects and use good judgment to solve problems
- Excels at multi-tasking and prioritizing all projects
- Adept at using Excel, online marketing and analytics programs
What you’ll do in this role:
- Work on marketing project-related finance issues
- Build and maintain Excel spreadsheets, including financial models
- Improve existing production processes and develop new ones
- Assist with project cost estimates, purchase orders and invoices
- Prioritize and route projects internally and with outside vendors
- Create contracts for potential and existing clients
- Co-manage employee commission payouts
- Onboard new clients
