Rotating Staff Internship which works in lodging, restaurant and attraction areas of our business to include: waitstaff, kitchen assistant, housekeeper, maitre’d, dishwasher, laundry, maintenance. Work station and schedule vary daily. Need only positive personalities who will excel in cooperation and guest satisfaction. This rotational position is excellent for those seeking to gain varied work experience and to target their favorite aspect of the hospitality business.

General Qualifications & Requirements:
Must be able to read & follow instructions.
Must be able to lift & carry up to 50 pounds for a distance of 20 feet.
Must be able to stand at work for up to 4 hours.
Must be able to climb stairs unassisted.
Must be able to communicate effectively in the English language.
Must be able to maintain a professional attitude in all contact with guests and staff.
A clean neat appearance is required at all times.
The use of illegal drugs or alcohol on duty will be grounds for immediate dismissal.
Baldpate Inn is a non smoking facility for both staff and guests.
Marijuana, possession of and or use of, is prohibited at The Baldpate Inn.

actions.
