FOOD AND BEVERAGE and/or CLUB MGMT SUMMER INTERNSHIP - LEVEL 1

Brief Job Description

The Food & Beverage (LEVEL 1) Internship provides interns with training in all areas of the Club’s food and beverage program. Interns will spend time in the Club’s a la carte, banquet and beverage departments as well as in the Club’s seasonal food and beverage operations. Interns are fully immersed in the day-to-day operations of the Club and will receive a well-rounded overview of a highly successful food and beverage operation. Interns will also be exposed to Grounds & Greens, Golf, and Back of House operations.


Candidate Qualifications

College students pursuing Hospitality or Private Club Management with little to no experience. Candidates need to be able to work varied hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with potential overtime. Candidates should be able to lift 50 lbs. without restriction, withstand long periods of walking/ being on their feet, close quarters and varied temperatures. 


Educational Requirements

A desire to pursue Food and Beverage or Club Management as a careerpath.
