Relationship Manager - Scottsdale, AZ-200002100

The Relationship Manager will maintain, educates and drive sales in partner-like relationship with Elavon sales group. This individual will be a product SME and be comfortable making suggestions of hardware/software solutions in assisting sales reps in selling SaaS to their customers. Additionally, they will perform demos of POS software and assist sales reps with issues when needed.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Three to five years of financial sales experience
- Ability to travel (local, regional, national)
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Well-developed sales and new business development skills, including the development of sales strategies and goals and closing skills
- Thorough knowledge of unit payment products
- Thorough knowledge of of the organization and its products, services and operations
- Thorough knowledge of product marketing, client service issues, and organization operations
- Strong marketing, negotiation and decision-making skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service/relation skills with ability to creatively resolve client concerns and issues
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written communication skills
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles related to financial transactions
