Our vision is to mobilize the next generation of world changers by providing an opportunity for interns to develop character, calling and competency as they participate in the mission of Pathfinder Church.
General Information

- For | Incoming college sophomores through 2021 college graduates (Open for first time interns only)
- Dates | May 17, 2021-July 30, 2021
- Pay | Intern will be paid $11.00 per hour and may choose to seek educational credit
- Hours | 28 hours per week
Available Internships
Kids Ministry
Will work with our staff to assist in preparation and implementation of programming for Sundays, Special Needs Ministry, and family events; will develop skills in leadership and large event planning
Student Ministry
Will invest in relationships with students in grades 6–12; take part in event preparation and implementation, and will have opportunities to teach.
Music Ministry
Will participate in multiple aspects of our worship experience including planning, leading, and technology, all while investing in volunteers of all ages.
Community Engagement & Missions
Will help our church connect with the community through projects such as the 4th of July event, will aid in the planning process of summer mission season, and will engage our Pathfinder community as part of the Hospitality Team on Sunday mornings.
Communication & Marketing
Will enhance church’s visibility in the community; will participate in marketing, social media, and email campaigns; will craft stories, videos, and photos for digital communication.
Urban Youth Engagement
Plan, execute, and conduct follow-up for summer events to help urban youth connect with All Nations Church. Will work to plan six community events, as well as help with Sunday morning activities.
