The Jackson National Life Insurance Company® Internship Program is practical work experience that enhances a student's academic, career and personal development while helping Jackson® identify well-trained and talented individuals.

Program Description
Jackson believes its internship program is an investment in the future. The program's intent is to provide students an opportunity to use their skills, aid in their personal development and have an enjoyable and meaningful work assignment. To that end, Jackson will provide interns with challenging positions in key areas of the company. Specific departments include Product Solutions, Sales Support, Marketing and Communications. Jackson sponsors a corporate internship program during the summer months. A typical internship lasts between eight and twelve weeks, depending on the student's schedule and availability.

In addition to work experience, the internship program provides both formal and informal activities to enhance professional development, including forums with Jackson leaders, volunteer/community activities, and teambuilding/social events.



Location

Regional Corporate Office – Nashville, Tennessee  (Relocation support can be provided for interns if needed)



Education

Undergraduate level – must have completed at least sophomore year.



Selection Criteria

Ideal internship candidates will possess the necessary strong interpersonal and communication skills, project management skills, analytical skills, a customer focus and strong initiative. Candidates must be open to direct placement within all designated departments.
