Transformation Analyst

The Oregon Health Authority has a fantastic opportunity for a Transformation Analyst with strong model development skills to join an excellent team, transform Oregon's Health Systems and work to advance their Analytics operations. 

 

This position is under the classification Operations and Policy Analyst 4.

 

 

As a Transformation Analyst, you will be part of the Transformation Center’s work of supporting improvement and innovation within the health system. You will support Oregon’s health system transformation goals by primarily focusing on fostering increased adoption of value-based payment (VBP) between coordinated care organizations (CCOs) and their network providers per the goals established through the next round of CCOs, or “CCO 2.0” contract.

 

In this role, you will help share and spread CCOs’ VBP goals with other payers across the state to advance VBP across Oregon’s health system. You will support efforts such as, alignment with VBP efforts within the Public Employees’ Benefit Board, the Oregon Educators Benefit Board and commercial payers through the Department of Consumer and Business Services; the Primary Care Payment Reform Collaborative; and the federal Integrated Care for Kids model implementation.
