Grant Analyst

Position Summary:
Our Finance Division is hiring a full time Grant Analyst. Based out of our Bronx administrative offices, the Grants Analyst will manage activities of grants and contracts including financial reporting, cash accountability, reporting, monitoring cash position, and reconciliation of reports. 
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field of study.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English, strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in grant administration.
Key Duties:
  • Manages all activities related to grant management and reporting.
  • Functions as liaison between Urban Health Plan and regulatory and sponsoring entities as related to grant and contract issues.
  • Reviews requests for disbursements of grant funds and verifies availability of funds to ensure proper utilization.
  • Reconciles, analyzes, and adjusts grants and contract accounts.
  • Prepares, analyzes, and review revenue estimates and expense conditions.
  • Calculates grants and contracts statistics for financial statements on a monthly basis.
