International Tax Analyst
Modine is seeking a motivated individual to join our Tax team in the entry-level role of International Tax Analyst. In this role, you will provide support to Modine�s tax compliance and research needs for the company and its subsidiaries, as well as providing support for our internal controls. This positions reports to our Tax Manager at our Racine, WI global headquarters location.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparation of tax forms and other tax compliance activities;
- Preparing BEAT, GILTI, section 163(j) and FTC computations for provision and the Form 1120;
- Managing the global income tax compliance and transfer pricing documentation for Modine�s global operations;
- Manage withholding tax compliance filings and certifications;
- Research various technical positions;
- Assist with the support of tax audits; and
- Assisting the domestic tax team as needed.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Solid analytical thinking skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications, specifically MS Excel
- Must be a clear and concise communicator, detail oriented, and have strong interpersonal skills
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- A Bachelor�s degree in Accounting and/or Finance
