Budget Analyst
Job Duties:
- Responsible for reviewing and approving all employee requisitions, employee transactions, employee travel advances/expense reports, purchase requisitions, budget adjustment documents and direct payments after confirming fund availability and compliance with County policy.
- Responsible for providing assistance and direction to County departments regarding budget and financial matters.
- Responsible for audit control of travel for county personnel.
- Assists in the distribution of the Adopted County budget to County department/divisions and outside agencies that receive funding.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field, two years progressively responsible experience in finance, accounting or budgeting or any combination providing the required knowledge/skills.
- Must submit to/pass pre-employment background and drug screen.
