Internship to Real Estate, M&A Transaction Diligence och Restructuring team
This position is posted on behalf of our partner, EY, in Stockholm, Sweden. The candidate will have a mentor on site and the Swedish-American Chambers of Commerce will assist in finding housing, insurance and other important matters.

The possibility
Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) is one of four business areas within EY and focuses on consulting in connection with acquisitions and sales of companies. We are expanding and therefore looking for a young, very driven person with an interest in business deals and who wants to grow and develop within our team.
The work is done in a challenging and evolving environment with assignments that place very high demands on quality, work capacity and ability to work and deliver under time pressure.
Main responsibilities
Your role will to a large extent involve supporting work in connection with advising to actors in the real estate industry, for example through strategic advice and advice in buying and selling processes. You may also support projects with companies that are in critical financial situations.
To succeed in the role
You have the drive to perform beyond the normal, are team-oriented and have a strong will to take responsibility. We also see that you have a strong interest in business transactions and in the real estate industry.
Requirements
Qualifications for the position
-Prospective or recently graduated business economist (or equivalent) with good scholarly results
-Good communicator, both in writing and orally
-Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
-Previous experience in the real estate industry is seen as a merit
-Enthusiasm to learn about how our customers work in different industries
-Integrity, prioritization and ability to adapt to a demanding and changing environment
