Internship: Valuation, Modeling & Economics

This position is posted on behalf of our partner, EY, in Stockholm, Sweden. The candidate will have a mentor on site and the Swedish-American Chambers of Commerce will assist in finding housing, insurance and other important matters.

The possibility
We offer an internship during the second half of the fall semester 2020 (about 10 weeks). During your internship you will work in various project teams and your analytical skills will be challenged. You will participate in sharp projects and thus gain a good insight into what the role of a consultant at EY means. As an intern you have a supervisor who gives you continuous feedback and follows your development. The service is full time.

We do this at Valuation, Modeling & Economics
• Valuation of companies, assets and financial instruments

• Valuation for transaction, tax and accounting purposes and for value-based governance

• Expert opinions on valuations in a legal context

• Build and review financial models in Excel

Requirements


Formal qualifications for the service



• Started a master's degree in economics or engineering with a planned degree at year-end 2021/2022 or earlier



• Fluent in speech and writing,

We are looking for you someone who is interested in valuation and financial markets. You want to help clients understand the value of their business, financial instruments and intangible assets. You have a solution-oriented attitude and enjoy working in teams, but can also work independently.


Formal qualifications for the service
• Started a master's degree in economics or engineering with a planned degree at year-end 2021/2022 or earlier

• Fluent in speech and writing, (English) Any Nordic language is a bonus
