Administrative Support Professional

ERPi is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, dedicated to values of trust and integrity. Our mission is to deliver professional services as a trusted agent and expert enterprise program management services for Federal clients.
ERPi is currently seeking a full-time Administrative Support Professional to provide onsite support at our Bethesda, MD site.
This candidate will support ERPi's clients at the National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute (NHLBI). The candidate will provide support to executive-level NHLBI clients for various administrative functions including but not limited to:
  • Providing logistics support for meetings
  • Schedule coordination, conference room coordination, booking teleconference lines
  • Sending out meeting invites, meeting timekeeping, recording, distributing and archiving meeting minutes, developing agenda topics, PowerPoint presentations, and meeting read-ahead's
  • Organizing and managing tasks and data calls in support of executive-level programs
  • Developing, managing and maintaining action item trackers and providing regular follow up for status updates to action item owners
  • Supporting NHLBI staff for payroll, time and attendance processing
  • Supporting NHLBI staff by serving as a SME on Leave, AWS and Telework Policy
  • Supporting NLHBI staff with ordering of office supplies
  • Completing general clerical and office tasks
Performs other tasks as needed/requested
Responsibilities
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degreeĀ 
  • High proficiency level with MS Office Suite including Outlook and Powerpoint
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including reports and presentations
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative, and diverse environment
  • Ability to build and manage client relationships at all levels
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Previous experience at that National Institutes of Health
  • 1 year of professional experience in corporate/federal environment
