Job Description:
The Shared Services Summer Internship Program is a robust, 10-week program that immerses our interns in the business of healthcare while providing exceptional learning and development opportunities. Inclusive of a specialized Learning & Engagement Series and team-building activities,the goal of the program is to develop future talent for Northwell Health.
Responsibilities Include:
As an intern in Financial Reporting, you will:
- Prepare various monthly account analysis
- Assist with monthly financial close process
- Assist with the pre-budget planning process
- Participate in special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student majoring in Finance, Accounting, or related field, required
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
