Loan Officer

Independent Farmers Bank in Maysville, Missouri is looking for a loan officer trainee to serve an independently owned Ag focused banking organization. The ideal candidate would have a background in agriculture and have some hands on farming or ranching experience. This candidate would be trained by bank staff and through commercially offered financial training programs to eventually become a loan officer at one of the bank’s three banking locations.

We are looking for a self-starter with good communication skills who is able to relate to customer loan requests in a reasonable and timely fashion. A foundation in finance is desired but not necessarily required as we could train the right candidate for the position.
