Corporate & Public Finance Analyst

IRR Corporate & Public Finance is seeking a qualified financial analyst to perform financial modeling, research, prepare business plans, proposals, presentations, and other similar tasks. IRR Corporate & Public Finance is a consulting and advisory group with a primary focus on structuring public-private partnerships for real estate developments, public finance, economic development consulting and other real estate consulting and finance. Our team works closely with real estate developers, municipalities, bond underwriters, real estate attorneys and lenders. Candidates must demonstrate high levels of quantitative and analytical skills, attention to detail, solid communication skills, as well as initiative and motivation. Applicants must also be comfortable in contributing with both intense individual effort and collaborative work in teams, all while delivering solid results under pressure.

Required Qualifications:

- Undergraduate or higher degree by May 2020

- Minimum Undergraduate GPA of 3.50

- Solid Analytical, Interpersonal and Customer Service Skills

- Extraordinary Attention to Detail

- Advanced Excel Skills

- Above Average in PowerPoint, Word

- Strong aptitude to learn other software applications

Preferred Qualifications:

- Undergraduate or higher degree in a quantitative / analytical field such as Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics or other

- Completion (or progress toward) MBA or CFA

- Undergraduate GPA of 3.75 or greater

- Real estate experience
