Customer Service Representative

  • Within Wolters Kluwer, CT Corporation contains our expert information services businesses that serve large corporations, small businesses and law firms specializing in incorporation and legal business compliance solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers daily via phone, email and live chat consisting of a relatively equal mix of inbound and outbound contacts
  • Enter orders into the order system based on information gathered via phone or email
  • Monitor the progress of those orders and working with customers to address any questions, delays or other issues is necessary
  • Learn the complex and comprehensive BizFilings suite of products and services including features, benefits, pricing, intended use, value proposition and competitive position in order to effectively serve clients
  • Learn and execute the sales process for BizFilings products and services
  • Maintain and grow existing customer business by providing outstanding service and by recognizing and proactively offering appropriate services
  • Serve as point of contact for specific accounts and represent the "voice of the customer"

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one year of customer service experience; including integrating information from multiple sources, gathering and analyzing customer requirements, and diffusing potential volatile customer situations
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent consultative customer service experience is preferred
  • 5 years of customer service experience needed (Banking, Insurance, Service, Software and Legal are preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently with minimum oversight
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Hours of operation are 10:30am -7:00pm
