What we are looking for:
We are looking for a Finance Associate for our new facility located in Southeastern Wisconsin. As part of the Finance team you will:
·   Process payment & payroll via online banking (ACH or Wire), check or manual remittance, etc.
·   Maintain vendor information & payment formatting for online bank system.
·   Manage company petty cash and corporate card administration.
·   Perform check deposit and various banking activities.
·   Maintain various accounting books, initiate vouchers, and file finance related documentation.
·   Prepare & manage daily cash flow, bank reconciliation and entry corrections.
·   Conduct cash flow forecasting.
·   Schedule and follow bank loan repayment.
·   Prepare management, bank statement, and account analysis, and end of month financial reports.
·   Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience: 
·   Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; Master’s or MBA degree is preferred for further internal career exploration.
Bilingual in Mandarin and English
·   1+ years of work experience in the field of Finance or Accounting.
·   Experience with SAP preferred

·   Excellent analytical, accounting, and problem-solving skills.
·   Quick learner of accounting systems.
·   Able to complete complex billing situation.
·   Ability to multi-task.
·   Possess excellent communication skills.
·   Familiarity with MS Office suite.
