Reporting Analyst / Staff Accountant

Hours: Monday thru Friday 8:00A – 5:00P
Location: 5 minutes from the DFW Airport (Off of 360 and 183)

What you will be doing:
  • Management of daily, weekly and monthly sales reporting and quick turnaround for requested data.
  • Evaluate methods and strategies for assessing large amounts of data.
  • Periodically presents data to company managers and executives.
  • Assists in the development and presentation of annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Assists in the preparation of annual and monthly financial reporting and variance analysis.
  • Work closely with other departments (e.g., Supply Chain, Human Resources, Accounting and Sales Operations).
  • Develop familiarity of product offerings and SKU's to assist in data analysis

  • Manages time efficiently. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Works well with a team.
  • Capable of conducting independent research.

Qualifications:
  • 4-year degree in the field of Accounting
  • Intermediate to advanced MS excel skills required.
  • Demonstrates familiarity with ERP and budget software.
  • Microsoft Dynamics Navision ERP system experience a plus.
