Financial Application Specialist

Position: Finance APplication Analyst
Pay Grade: 6
Salary: $37,731.44 - $48, 107.58
(Starting salary depends on education and experience)
 
RESPONSIBILITIES: The Finance Application Analyst assists with design, develop, maintenance, and training on the utilization of the Electronic Health Record (EHR) and the General Ledger applications of Cornerstones of Care. This position is key in the responsibility to lead and coordinate upgrades and modifications to the applications and collaboratively works with the Central Business Office (CBO) to research and implement new technologies. The Analyst is responsible for training the CBO on applications and procedures, troubleshooting and resolving errors with Accounts Receivable / Payable, to create and update reports as needed, maintains accurate mapping within the general ledger and EHR, and works with the Technology Operations Specialist to improve business workflow. The Analyst serves as the primary contact for service item updates including new service items and rate changes, therefore must have strong project management skills, the ability to collaborate with others, and demonstrate a high level of customer service. The position will report to the Director of Technology to Practice.
 
QUALIFICATIONS: This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in finance, business, computer technology, accounting or related field and at least two (2) to three (3) years of accounting experience, previous experience with SQL, PowerBI, Tableau and/or any other visualization tools. Additionally, experience with Python or other programming languages is preferred. Must pass a background check, physical and drug screening. This position also requires a valid driver’s license and proof of current vehicle insurance.
