Legacy Housing (NASDAQ: LEGH), the 4th largest housing manufacturer in the nation, is actively recruiting graduates of Top-Tier Public Universities for the role of Operations Manager. The Operations Manager reports directly to the CEO and is primarily responsible for the development, implementation, and on-going maintenance of the Company's operational guidelines and policies to ensure efficient and consistent operations across the organization.
This position is a springboard to an executive leadership role and is open only to those with a proven track record of academic and personal success. Our intent is to fill this position with a future leader who is a critical thinker with an exceptional work ethic.
The successful candidate will bypass entry-level management and enter the fast track to executive compensation with a starting salary of $70k plus benefits including comprehensive health coverage, a 401k with company match, PTO, and incomparable access to industry-leading executives.
