AmeriCorp VISTA Clinic Outreach Coordinator | Rx Outreach

The VISTA Clinic Outreach Coordinator will help create and implement an outreach plan to approximately 20 Free and Charitable clinics in rural and urban Illinois with the goal of increasing access to affordable medications for low-income people. This project includes an assessment of clinic needs, communication strategy, and implementation. Following successful testing in Illinois, the Outreach Plan can be scaled nationally to assist free and charitable clinics to provide more resources and better care and health outcomes for low-income patients.
